All services with AutoXcel are in-house.  ​A Claims person answers the phone when a person calls in a claim or simply has a question. ​ There is a fully staffed Accounting department to handle all critical matters promptly.  There is an at-ready Sales Team that is always there to serve and assist you, our Agent and Dealer Client.
